Empress Garden Chinese Restaurant in Antioch

I've been eating at empress garden for years and the food always taste fresh to me. I enjoy the sweet and sour chicken the most .. keep up the good work empress garden

They have a nice vegetable soup

They over charge but I must admit the food is good. I just don't feel safe going in so I order from Uber eats and I feel ripped off I paid 7.99 for a Shrimp fried Rice pictured here and 14.99 for the Walnut prawns pictured here which is way too much . but you only live once

Amazing food, great service at a reasonable price

Interior not appealing. Ordered Hot & Sour soup poured it down the drain is how it was the entire container. Egg rolls were okay veg, no meat but okay. Definitely not a place to rave based on appearance, and soup. Not to clean in kitchen from counter view.

Food tasted fishy. I dont eat fish and the oil was obviously old .. waste of money never again

Good food and good portions. I can't find a certain dish made the way I like it at other restaurants in Antioch and I tried one in Pittsburg because I live here now. The good news is I'm not far from Empress Garden.

After 4 years living in Antioch and this is my first time eating here. The food is very delicious. Soo good. Thank you Empress Garden for the delicious meal, definitely will eat there more...

We have been eating Express garden Chinese food for a long time. Always good and fresh food.

We mostly order to go. The hostess is always so nice and gets our orders right when we have special requests. I really can't eat Chinese anymore, but my family really likes the taste of the food in this place.

Really good food

Okay, so this restaurant is my absolute favorite place to eat when I want authentic chinese food. It taste delicious. My go to meal is chicken fried rice and sesame chicken. It can't be beat. The prices are very reasonable and the food is prepared quick and is always hot; and the serving sizes are more than you'd expect. On top of that you're always greeted with a smile from the kindess lady who works the front. Definitely a place i recommend for anyone who enjoys chinese food as much as I do. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Ordered at this place for the first time. Had to see the rating & reviews. Was not disappointed & the food was excellent. Got 5 dishes & a hot & sour soup and all was delicious. Will try different dishes next time.

Omg this place is amazing I have eating at tons of different Chinese restaurants over the years and this is THE BEST I BE EVER HAD!!! The service was great cleanliness great very friendly. Budget friendly prices with big portions which Is why i was so surprised when I took that first bite and all that flavor and wonderfulness started a party in my mouth lol I went with my dad and 2 daughters and it was great for everyone my 12 year old daughter said she wish she could give them 10 stars . This is a must go to spotI will definitely be going again and telling all my friends and family about this little jewel

Picked up takeout for my family and the boxes were loaded. My wife's hot and sour soup was mediocre but everything else knocked it out of the park. Awesome service, clean restaurant, clean kitchen, great food, huge portions. This is our new Friday takeout night choice.

Excellent Honey walnut prawns. Crispy sweet and sour chicken. Great chow mein. IF you want chop sticks you have to ask.
